Daviess County Fiscal Court is the governing body of Daviess County, Kentucky and has the power to transact all county business. This body is composed of a County Judge/Executive and three County Commissioners. Daviess County is one of 14 counties that use the Commissioner form as allowed by the state constitution. It enforces state law within Daviess County.
